Common questions.
Is Bloxstack free?
Yes. The free plan is the real product: verified profile, jobs, forum, and selling. Premium and Studio add perks on top, never gates in front.
How does sign in work?
Roblox OAuth only. You approve Bloxstack on Roblox itself, and we get proof that you control the account. No passwords, no email forms.
What does the check beside a name mean?
Blue means they hold Premium. Gold means they run a studio here, and their studio badge rides on their work. Control of the Roblox account is proven at sign in for everyone, member or not, so the check is a membership mark and never a claim about who somebody is.
How does ranked matching work?
Applications are ordered by craft match, endorsements, and delivery record. A brand new profile with the right craft still ranks; ghosting a deal sinks you.
What does selling cost?
Marketplace sales are processed on platform: 10% + $0.50 per sale, 7% + $0.50 with Premium. Job deals get a written agreement and delivery tracking, so both sides keep a record.
What about safety for younger creators?
Straight answer: our rules keep messages, hiring and deals to members who are 18 or older, but we have no way to verify anyone’s age, so treat that as a rule we enforce on reports rather than a wall. Public pages stay public, so never post contact details you would not hand to a stranger. Every report is read by a person and rule breaking content comes down.
What syncs from my Roblox account?
Your username, avatar, and the verified link. The showcase is curated by you, because Roblox does not expose a reliable list of your games and we refuse to fake one.
Can studios use Bloxstack?
Yes. The Studio plan adds a public studio page at your own @handle, seats that carry Premium for your roster, and the gold check plus your studio badge on everything the team ships.
What is the Founder’s Pass?
A one time $49.99 purchase available during beta: perpetual Premium perks plus a permanent early supporter badge. It never recurs and never returns.
Can I delete everything?
Yes. Ask through the support desk and we erase your account and its content within 30 days. A one click delete in Settings is coming; during beta a person runs it so nothing is missed.
