Roblox sign-in confirms control of a Roblox account. Membership and studio badges describe membership or a linked community; they do not verify skill, real-world identity or the quality of someone’s work.
Agree on the work, price, delivery and payment method before paying. Keep changes, files and delivery approvals on the deal. Checkout shows the fees and payment source before you confirm.
Card payments use Stripe. Eligible purchases can also use Bloxstack balance. Promotional credit cannot be withdrawn, and unused added funds return to the original payment method. Check the payment’s status in your balance activity.
For payments arranged directly, including Robux, Bloxstack records your agreement and confirmations but cannot reverse the payment. A deal record or ownership signature does not itself prove that money or ownership changed hands.
Balance and payment activityMembers must be at least 13. Roblox sign-in does not verify age. Stripe Identity offers a separate adult check in Account settings; payout setup uses Stripe Connect.
The US balance beta requires a verified adult result or, for ages 13–17, completed guardian setup through Stripe. This does not change the age restrictions on private messaging and other adult features. Not every member on the site has verified their age.
Account verificationReview your profile visibility before sharing personal information. Settings includes active sessions, notification preferences, account data downloads and deletion requests. Payment and moderation records may need to be retained after deletion.
Privacy settingsUse Report on a profile, post or listing to flag scams, harassment or impersonation. For an order problem, use its dispute controls or contact support with the payment reference. Staff can review the record, address rule-breaking and explain the available next steps.
You can ask support to review a moderation decision. Never send passwords, sign-in codes, card numbers or identity documents in a support message.
