Report a problem and get support

Choose between a report, a block, a transaction dispute, and a private support request.

Use the action that matches the problem. A public reply, a report, and a support ticket reach different places.

Report content or behavior

Use Report on the relevant content or profile when it needs moderation. Choose the closest reason and add enough context for someone to understand the issue. Link to the original material rather than reposting it to call attention to the person.

A report asks for review; it does not guarantee a particular outcome or immediate removal. The Trust & safety page explains the broader rules.

Block unwanted interaction

Blocking removes follows between the two accounts and restricts their interaction. Unblocking does not restore those follows automatically.

A block is not a way to cancel a deal, settle a payment, or erase its record. Use the transaction's available actions for those matters.

For a work disagreement, start with cancellations and disputes. For an acquisition, use the affected Venture agreement.

Contact support privately

Open Support. Include the page or receipt, what happened, and what you expected. For a payment problem, include its existing reference so staff can investigate that attempt.

Signed-in requests can be reopened from your support history. If you use the email access flow, verify the contact email and keep the private thread link. That link is for your request; do not post it publicly.

If a support link expires or becomes unavailable, use the recovery option to request another link with the matching request details and email address.

Never include your Roblox password, authenticator code, recovery codes, full card number, or secret API key.

Recovery and account restrictions

For sign-in trouble, follow account recovery. If an action is unavailable, read its specific message: unfinished verification, a content restriction, and a service outage need different responses.

You can check service status for a broader incident. If the issue concerns a moderation decision or restriction on your own account, explain the decision you are asking support to review and include the relevant notice.
