Connect games and read analytics
Link Roblox experiences to your workspace and understand what each connection allows you to see.
Link an experience when you want it alongside your team's tasks, files, and analytics. A game listed in Bloxstack's public directory is separate from a verified workspace connection.
Link an experience
An owner or admin can add an experience from the Studio workspace. Paste the Roblox game link or place ID and follow the ownership check.
The connected Roblox account must pass Bloxstack's control check. This can use the personal publisher, ownership of the publishing group, or a supported Roblox permission grant for the experience. A role claimed in a profile or a public Games listing does not establish that access.
Free Studios can link 1 experience; paid Studios can link 10. If you hit the limit, remove a connection you no longer need or review the Studio plan. Linking an experience does not move it between Roblox accounts or groups.
Connect analytics separately
Game ownership and analytics authorization are different checks. Where Connect with Roblox is available, an owner or admin grants the requested analytics access for the relevant experiences. The Roblox account must match the one connected to Bloxstack.
Some deployments show a Roblox review pending notice while the expanded connection awaits approval. In that state, use the player samples and team goals already shown. Buying a plan does not remove the approval requirement.
If the workspace offers an API key connection, use a key with the required read access for those experiences. Enter it only in the connection form. Keep it out of tasks, public posts, and support screenshots.
Read the source and time
Public player samples and connected historical analytics describe different things. A sampled player count is a reading taken at that time; it is not a guarantee of the game's exact peak or complete history.
Check the timestamp and connection status before comparing results. If data is missing, confirm the experience is still available, the connection includes it, and Roblox access has not been revoked. Reconnecting analytics does not require creating a new Studio.
