Invite and manage your team
Add teammates by handle, choose their permissions, and resolve invitations or seat limits.
Open your Studio workspace and select Team to see members, pending invitations, and available seats.
Invite someone
- Enter their Bloxstack handle. They need an existing account.
- Choose Member or Admin according to the access they need.
- Send the invitation. They can find it in their Bloxstack notifications and Studio entry page.
- Check that they accepted and appear in the roster before assigning them work.
Invitations expire after 48 hours and are delivered inside Bloxstack. Do not wait for an invitation email. Pending invitations count in the seat meter, so cancel unused ones when making room.
The invitation flow requires both accounts to be eligible for adult collaboration. A block between the accounts also prevents the invitation. A membership purchase does not override these restrictions.
Choose a role

| Owner | Manages the Studio and its team, including admins. Can dissolve the workspace. |
| Admin | Manages the workspace and ordinary members. Cannot manage the owner or another admin. |
| Member | Uses the workspace, works on tasks, and contributes files and reviews. |
Managers can set a public title such as “Builder” or “Community lead.” A title describes someone's work; it does not change their permissions.
Task and file permissions have their own rules. Members can work on tasks, while deleting a task requires its creator or a manager. Revising or deleting a file requires its uploader or a manager. See the full workflow.
When someone cannot join
Check for an expired invitation, an existing membership, or a full Studio. The limit is checked again when the person accepts, so an older invitation may no longer have room. Cancel a stale invite and send a new one after resolving the issue.
Members can leave from Team. The owner has a Dissolve action instead: it deletes the workspace for everyone and cannot be undone. Download any files you need before dissolving it.
