Manage tasks, files, and reviews
Assign work, keep revisions together, and make sure feedback refers to the current file.
Use Tasks to track what needs doing and Library to keep the work itself. Both live in your Studio workspace.
Give a task enough context
Create a task with a clear outcome, an assignee, and a due date when one matters. “Build the lobby” is easier to act on with a reference, the expected file, and a note about what must be playable.
You can attach relevant Bloxstack work, such as a game, asset, job, or forum thread. Use the task's files and discussion to keep review context nearby. The assignee must be a current Studio member.
Members can create, edit, assign, and move tasks. Only the task's creator or a Studio manager can delete it. Filters such as Mine, Unassigned, and Overdue help you find the next task to address.
Upload and revise a file
- Add the file to Library or the relevant task.
- Give it a name teammates will recognize and add any useful context.
- When replacing the work, add a revision to the existing item.
- Move the current revision to Ready for review when it is ready for feedback.
Each file can be up to 100 MB. A workspace supports up to 10 GB of files and 1,000 work items. Common Roblox files, images, audio, videos, models, scripts, and archives are supported; the uploader shows whether your file type is accepted.
The original uploader and Studio managers can add revisions, edit file details, or delete the item. Other members can review it.
Review the current revision
Review states are In progress, Ready for review, Changes requested, and Approved. A new revision resets the review to In progress, so approval of an older version does not approve replacement work.
If a review fails because the file changed, reload and inspect the latest revision before trying again. If an upload fails, check its size, supported format, and remaining workspace storage before repeating it.
Approval records the team's review inside Bloxstack. Publishing the finished work to Roblox is a separate step.
