Recover your account

Sign in with the Roblox account connected to BloxStack. There is no separate BloxStack password to reset.

1. Try your existing sign-in

   If you cannot access your Roblox account, recover it through Roblox first. Linking Google to your profile does not add another way to sign in.

2. Use a recovery code if needed

   If you lost your authenticator, choose “Lost your authenticator? Use a recovery code” during sign-in. Each saved recovery code works once.

3. Report an unexpected change

   If an email address or security setting changed without you, contact support with your public profile handle and what happened. You can open a support request while signed out. Account changes require ownership checks; support cannot bypass those checks.

   Get account help

Never send a password, recovery code or one-time verification code to support. Once signed in, review your active sessions and sign out devices you do not recognize.
