Receive earnings and withdraw

Earnings come from eligible onsite transactions. A listing being published or a deal being accepted does not by itself create available earnings.

Finish payout setup

Open Settings → Billing & payouts and follow the Stripe setup. Provide the details Stripe asks for, then return to Bloxstack to check the result.

Stripe payout readiness and Bloxstack seller review are separate requirements. You may finish one while the other is still pending.

Read the action attached to the status:

• If more details or documents are requested, reopen setup and supply them.
• If the submitted information is being reviewed, check back for the result.
• If Bloxstack's seller review needs attention, follow the explanation shown or contact support.

For a teen balance, the legal guardian must also have completed the required verification and acceptance. See balance eligibility.

Know when earnings are available

An onsite asset sale and a held deal payment have different completion steps. A deal or acquisition can remain held until its agreement is completed. Check the payment and agreement together.

Platform fees affect the seller's proceeds. The current standard rate is 3% + $0.50, with a 2.5% + $0.50 member rate. Use the transaction's displayed breakdown for the amount that will be credited.

Money paid directly between people is not automatically added to Bloxstack earnings.

Withdraw from the earnings portion

Open Balance, choose the withdrawal action, and enter an amount within your available earnings. Promotional rewards and card deposits cannot be withdrawn through this action.

A completed Bloxstack withdrawal means the transfer to your connected Stripe account completed. Stripe's subsequent payout to a bank is a separate step with its own status and timing.

If a withdrawal is still processing or needs review, keep the original receipt and follow its next action. Avoid opening another request for the same funds while its result is uncertain. Support can investigate using that reference.
