Check eligibility and complete age or guardian verification before adding funds.
Open Balance to check whether access is available to your account.
Check enrollment requirements
Enrollment is available to eligible US members as access rolls out. Eligible trials and covered Studio seats count. Choose your age group and accept the balance terms to begin.
Once enabled, ending your membership does not disable your balance. Verification and account restrictions still apply.
If you are 18 or older
Complete age verification in Settings → Security, then return to Balance. The check must confirm that you are 18 or older; selecting an age group alone does not complete verification.
If you are 13–17
Your legal guardian must complete Stripe verification and accept the account terms before you can add, spend, or withdraw funds. Continue in Billing & payouts and check that setup shows complete.
Guardian setup does not enable adult-only features such as private paid-work deals.
Correct or finish your setup
If you selected ages 13–17 but your completed age check confirms adulthood, choose Use verified adult balance when shown.
For other issues, follow the message in Balance. If a payment reversal has paused your account, contact support with the receipt.
Add money
Choose Add money, select an amount or enter your own, and continue to Stripe. Deposits can be $1 to $5,000. A confirmed payment is ready to spend immediately.
