Invite friends and track rewards
Share your referral link, understand qualification, and know why a reward may still be pending.
Open Settings → Referrals to find your invitation link and referral activity. The balance reward is $1 in promotional balance for a qualifying new friend.
Enable balance before referring
The balance reward requires your balance to be enrolled and eligible when the friend joins. An invitation recorded before enrollment can still count as a referral, but it does not become a balance reward just because you enroll later.
Share your own referral link before the new person creates their account. An ordinary link to the homepage does not carry the same attribution.
What the friend needs to complete
The friend must join through the referral and:
- Verify a real email address.
- Add a headline and bio.
- Select at least one role.
- Add profile work or an active service so their creator profile is complete.
A signup alone is not enough. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify. Recreating an account does not create a fresh reward entitlement.
Where the reward goes
A qualifying reward adds promotional balance to the referrer's account. It can be spent on supported Bloxstack USD purchases.
It cannot be withdrawn, sent as a gift, or refunded for cash. If a purchase funded by the reward is refunded, that portion returns as promotional balance.
If a reward is missing
Check the referral activity first. Confirm that your balance was enrolled before the signup and that the friend completed the required steps.
Rewards can also be delayed by daily issuance limits, account restrictions, or a rollout restriction.
If the visible record still looks wrong after the required steps are complete, contact support with your referral record and the relevant handles. Do not ask the friend to send you private verification documents or security codes.
