Understand your Bloxstack balance
Learn where your USD balance comes from, what it can buy, and which funds can be withdrawn.
Your Bloxstack balance lets eligible members pay at supported USD checkouts and receive earnings from onsite transactions. Open Balance to see available funds and activity.
Know what makes up the balance

A refund restores the original type. Spending promotional credit and later receiving a refund does not turn it into withdrawable earnings.
Advertising credit is a separate balance used for Bloxstack ads. A membership welcome ad-credit grant does not add the same amount to this general spending balance.
Add money
Choose Add money, pick an amount or enter your own, and pay by card. A successful payment is ready to spend immediately; you do not have to wait for the bank settlement date. The receipt and your balance update automatically.
Use it at checkout
Supported purchases include eligible USD assets, onsite deal and Venture payments, memberships, shop items, and advertising credit. The actual checkout determines which payment options are available for that purchase.
Bloxstack balance is denominated in USD. It is not Robux, and direct Robux arrangements do not use this balance.
A checkout can combine available balance with a card payment. Review the quoted split: a small card remainder may change how much balance is used to meet the card minimum.
Available, held, and completed
Money reserved for a pending purchase or held for an agreement is not the same as available funds. An agreement's payment stays held until the relevant completion or refund process.
Use the receipt's status and next action when a payment is pending. A browser returning from checkout is not enough to prove the purchase finished.

Common questions
What does Bloxstack charge?
Posting, applying, and running a deal to completion are free, and anything arranged directly costs nothing: the agreed amount is the amount, in USD or Robux.
The platform fee applies only to money handled on Bloxstack, meaning a card-rail deal, a marketplace sale, or a game sale. It is 3% + $0.50, or 2.5% + $0.50 with Premium. The fee is shown before you confirm and frozen for that transaction, so a later change to the schedule never touches money already in motion.
How does paying for a job work?
Both sides agree the scope, the amount, and the delivery date.
With Handled on Bloxstack, the client pays by card and Stripe holds the payment until delivery is approved. The fee is shown before payment.
With Arranged directly, you pay each other as agreed and both attach proof to confirm it on the deal. Bloxstack keeps the record but does not verify that payment.
What currency are prices in?
Each listing states its own, USD or Robux, and shows in that unit everywhere the job appears. Nothing is silently converted.
Can I get paid in Robux?
Yes. Choose Robux when pricing the work. Robux jobs are always arranged directly: transfer through Roblox using the method you agreed, then both attach proof on the deal. Bloxstack records your confirmations. It cannot verify or reverse the transfer.
How do I confirm a payment we arranged directly?
Open Payment confirmation on the deal. Both sides confirm that payment happened and attach proof, such as a transfer receipt. Once both confirmations are in, they stay on the record. Bloxstack does not check the transfer itself and does not guarantee the proof is genuine.
What if only one of us confirms?
The deal shows who has confirmed and who has not. Ask the other person to add their confirmation and proof. If you disagree about payment, open a dispute from the deal. Bloxstack cannot recover a payment you arranged directly.
When is a job done?
When the creator marks it delivered and the client approves that delivery. The deal closes, both sides can review, and it counts toward both reputations.
What if the client never approves my delivery?
The delivery is timestamped on the deal either way, so the record exists. If they stay quiet, open a dispute rather than leaving it hanging. That freezes the deal and puts the record in front of both of you. See how disputes work.
Can we cancel a deal?
Both sides can agree to cancel at any time, and the deal closes without counting against either reputation. If you cannot agree, either of you can raise a dispute.
Can I split a big job into stages?
Not as a built-in feature yet. People run a large project as a few smaller deals back to back. Each one is co-signed, delivered, and closed on its own, so either side can stop between stages.
When and how do I get paid?
Approved balance purchases credit your earnings when the sale is released. Card-only purchases can transfer straight to your Stripe account. Balance activity and payout settings show where a payment currently stands. On a directly-arranged payment, use the method in your agreement and record both confirmations.
Do I need to set anything up before getting paid?
Open Billing & payouts and finish Stripe onboarding and seller review. The panel names whatever is still missing. Ages 13 to 17 need guardian setup; an adult balance needs age verification. Payments arranged directly do not use Stripe. Read balance setup.
How do payouts work?
Finish Stripe setup and any seller review, then withdraw eligible earnings from Balance. Stripe pays your connected bank on its own schedule. A completed transfer to Stripe does not mean the bank deposit has landed. Read earnings and payouts.
A payment was released to me. Where is the money?
It transferred to your Stripe payout account the moment it released. Stripe then deposits to your bank on its schedule, usually about two business days. A first payout can take a few days longer while Stripe verifies your account. The payouts panel shows where onboarding stands.
Is there a withdrawal fee or minimum?
The withdrawal form shows your available earnings, the minimum, and any fees before you confirm. Promotional credit cannot be withdrawn. Unused added funds can be refunded to the card you paid with.
How do refunds reach me?
If the payment was handled on Bloxstack, back onto the card you paid with, automatically, through Stripe. Most cards show it within 5 to 10 business days, and on a refunded marketplace order the asset leaves your library at the same moment.
If it was arranged directly there is no refund button, because Bloxstack never received the money. The seller sends it back the way you paid, and the deal records that they did. Robux cannot be reversed by anyone, us included.
Are chargebacks a risk for sellers?
Only on money handled on Bloxstack. Those payments ride Stripe, with its dispute tooling and evidence flow behind them. Anything arranged directly is between you and whatever you paid with: Robux has no chargeback at all, and a PayPal or bank transfer answers to that provider, not to us. That trade-off is why the listing states which rail it is before you commit.
Do I get tax documents?
Yes, through your Stripe payout account. US sellers over the IRS threshold get a 1099 from Stripe each January, and Stripe's dashboard keeps your payout history.
How do referral rewards work?
Share your Invite & Earn link. An eligible new member who verifies their email and completes their profile earns you $1 in promotional balance, which you can spend where balance is accepted but cannot withdraw. Self-referrals and duplicate accounts do not qualify. The page shows which reward program applies to your account. Read referrals.
Can I promote my listing, job, or thread?
Yes. Sponsored placements on the jobs board, the marketplace, and the forum are booked from the Advertise page: buy a credit pack, pick a placement and a flight window, and it goes live after a review. Sponsored slots are always labelled. Placement is bought; ranking never is.
